As many of my friends and family know, hot sauce is a part of my life
If I’m eating Indian food, I like some fresh chilies or a spicy lime or mango pickle.
West Indian food requires a homemade scotch bonnet pepper sauce – none of that Matouk’s or Grace brand nonsense.
Italian food? For god’s sake, have some chilli peppers chopped up in cured in olive oil.
I don’t ask for much. I like it simple, tasty, and full of a million ingredients.
For Christmas in 2020, one of my bosses sent me a subscription to my Vancouver home for hot sauces from Fuego Box.
It gave me some time to spice up my meals until I made some of my own, homemade scotch bonnet pepper sauce and pepperoncini in oil.
With all of that, I decided to try a bunch of those hot sauces and post it to my YouTube Channel.
Enjoy!
