It’s Been a While …

Hello La Natura Foodies …

It’s been a little while.

As most of you know, my career outside of food has been incredibly busy, and I have had only had time to do the most fun of La Natura’s activities (i.e. joining our sister company in Prince Edward County for the Great Canadian Cheese Festival).

We haven’t done a production run in some time, as my work commitments have steered me away from the world of Revolutionizing Social Snack Food.

The Christmas season is upon us, and we will be doing a small run of our tapenades and salsas for a great new little shop called Collected Joy. run by an old Starbucks colleague, Sharon Smyl. I went in yesterday (it’s in the Upper Beaches) and was delighted with the shop.

Additionally, our sister company, Nossa Cucina has been absolutely killing it with their amazing sauces. They will also be joining me in providing quality, handcrafted, gourmet food to Collected Joy.

I wish I could do more.

I wish there were more time.

I am certain that there will be more to come … in the meantime, here is a shot of putting La Natura Fine Food’s “Jen’s Pesto” to good use. Jen’s Pesto was created by our first Sales and Sampling Manager, Jennifer Hills. It’s super-delicious.
